Oh poor Jessica Simpson!

Things are simply not going her way these days!

Rumor has it that her Sunday boyfriend, Tony Romo, cheated on the country singer…in her own bed!

Star magazine is reporting that earlier this month, on the very night JSimpleson flew out of Los Angeles, Romo had himself a night out on the town, inviting everyone over to Jess’s house for an afterparty. And one lady even received the VIP treatment from Romo.

Amid Jessica’s gold albums, the party raged on downstairs. But on the second floor, Tony was enjoying his own private party — with a long haired, olive-skinned cutie.

“Everyone was talking about it downstairs,” dishes the source. “The girls were saying it was so wrong and shady of Tony to cheat on Jessica — especially in her place! I just can’t believe he would hook up with another woman at his own girlfriend’s house.”

Maybe this has something to do with Tony’s wandering heart?

Just sayin’!

The scandals of Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester aren’t relegated to just the TV show!

We told you before about Leighton’s ex-convict mother and family of drug dealers.

Well, it seems like her brother is no angel as well!

Leighton’s older brother, Douglas, was involved in a high profile sexual assault case while he was a sophomore in the Air Force.

He was accused of raping and sodomizing (yikes!) a female, but their extreme intoxication at the time muddied the circumstances, with the victim even saying that she “knew for a fact that he probably thought what we were doing was consensual.”

The rape charge was dropped in exchange for a guilty plea to “conduct unbecoming of an officer, dereliction of duty, and committing an indecent act.” He was fined $2000 and received a written reprimand.

So we might have gotten to the bottom of the Travolta extortion case, and in the end, it looks like the men attempting to extort John and his wife Kelly Preston are a bunch of idiots.

The ransomed document is not a cell phone picture of a dying Jett Travolta, but a “refusal to transport” document which would have waived the ambulance ride and the hospital’s liability.

A source claims that Travolta wanted to fly his son home to Florida instead of taking the 45 minute ambulance ride to the nearest Bahamian hospital, reasoning that Jett could receive better aid faster if flown. In the end, John went with the ambulance. But, had he decided to fly, that’s when the document would have come into play.

Another, source, however, says that the document would not have even been a question, since it is only used in instances of minor injuries, which Jett’s were not.

Either way, all sources agree that the document is pretty worthless.

Yet, for some reason, these morons though they could extort millions from the Travoltas to keep things hush hush.

The new mom took to her blog to give us and everyone who is calling her bigger (literally) sister, Jessica, fat a verbal tongue lashing.

Says Ass:

I am completely disgusted by the headlines concerning my sister’s weight. A week after the inauguration and with such a feeling of hope in the air for our country, I find it completely embarrassing and belittling to all women to read about a woman’s weight or figure as a headline on Fox News.

All women come in different shapes, sizes, and forms and just because you’re a celebrity, there shouldn’t be a different standard.

Is this something you would say to your wife, daughter, mother, grandmother, or even a friend?

I seriously doubt it.

How can we expect teenage girls to love and respect themselves in an environment where we criticize a size 2 figure?

Now can we focus on the things that really matter.

As we previously mentioned, Fox is butchering making an American version of beloved British sitcom Absolutely Fabulous, the gay classic telling the sordid tales of Patsy and Edina.

Well, now Variety is reporting that Kristen Johnston is close to signing on to star in the show.

Is that a good thing or a bad thing????

The actress has won Emmys for her role on ’90s sitcom 3rd Rock From the Sun.

Johnston table-read for the Fox execs on Friday. Shortly after they decided to pick up the American AbFab for a pilot. That doesn’t guarantee the show will make it to the air or that Kristen will be in it.

Oh, yeah, and we buried the lead! Johnston would be playing the part of Edina (Jennifer Saunders’ character).
